The useful question is not “is RW8 a scam” but “what can be verified about it”. Three things can. RW8 publishes a Curaçao gaming licence. It names independent testing laboratories — BMM Testlabs, iTech Labs and TST (now part of GLI) — as the bodies that certify the random number generators behind its games. And it runs commercial fraud-screening services, iovation and ThreatMetrix, on top of standard TLS/SSL transport encryption.

Each of those means something specific, and it is worth being precise about what.
